COBALT DIAMOND POTENTIAL

After discovering a new Diamond Potential on its property in Lorrain Twp. last October and November and confirmed by Gary Grabowski. Resident geologist out of the Kirkland Lake  area, Outcrop was pleased to hear that its immediate neighbors had made a potential PGM discovery near their boundary border.

PrairieC, operated by two former officials of Outcrop advised Outcrop today of their latest assay results. The reported assay results are as follows:

            .11 oz. silver - .6 oz. gold - .89 oz. platinum – 1.2 oz. palladium - .6 oz. iridium and .08% copper - .1% nickel - .08% cobalt - .25% mercury - .17% lead - .72% sulphur and .65% arsenic.

Outcrop's JV Partner Cabo Mining Corp. of  Vancouver has a diamond drill program underway on their ground in Cobalt, Ontario.

Outcrop has a major land position in the famed Cobalt Camp with something like 23,000 acres of staked, Crown Leased and Patented ground in the area covering several major rock formations.

Cabo's Geologist has informed Outcrop that PrairieC's PGM discovery is striking directly onto Outcrop's ground. He also informed Outcrop that the best diamond potential assays came from the Schuman Lake area in Gillies Limit NP which is on Outcrop's ground but was not brought to the attention of the Resident Geologist..

  Respectfully submitted.
